DJI Mini Drone
My DJI Mini is the perfect test mule because I crash it constantly and it just keeps coming back for more. In this video I used it to prove out a hands-free magnetic charging concept—basically letting the drone “snap” onto a charger without me plugging in USB-C manually.
Pros
- +Surprisingly rugged even after repeated crashes

- -Prop blades may need replacement after impacts
- -Charging normally still requires manual USB-C connection without mods
