88.2 lbs gone. 30 weeks into the Retatrutide "Correction." This week was a lesson in patience and the reality that weight loss isn't linear. After two massive back-to-back weeks (losing 6.4 lbs total), the scale showed a 2.2 lb increase this morning, weighing in at 248.4 lbs. While the scale "laughed at me" this week, the data tells a different story: my waist is down another 0.19 inches (36.85"), and body fat percentage actually dipped by 0.2%. I’m clearly holding water in my midsection—likely an overcorrection from the 1.5-gallon hydration focus last week. Despite the "emotional backlash" of a scale increase, the goal is to keep doing what has worked for 30 weeks. No crazy changes, just consistency.
