Today is daily Vlog day 88 of my Retatrutide weight loss journey, and I headed down to Planet Fitness for a back and biceps workout. The gym was absolutely packed today with probably 20-30 people on the treadmills and just as many in the machine and dumbbell areas, but I still got a great session in. Pulling felt relatively lightweight today—"lightweight baby!"—and I left feeling exhausted but euphoric after a really good sweat. On the protocol side, I didn't have any pins this morning, but I'll be taking 2mg of GHK-Cu tonight. Sleep was excellent; I got to bed early around 8:45 PM, turned the AC down, and woke up feeling refreshed with no interruptions. For meals today, breakfast is my standard 3 whole eggs, a cup of egg whites, a half cup of cottage cheese, two slices of 35-calorie zero net carb keto bread, and some veggies. Lunch will be 7oz of chicken thighs and a couple of cucumbers with soy sauce, and dinner is 7% lean ground beef with green peppers, onions, and American cheese. As for my overall progress, I'm chipping away at these last 10 or 11 pounds. The fat loss has slowed down to about a pound every couple of weeks, so I'm scheduling a DEXA scan and labs for mid-May to check my body composition—I feel like I've definitely added some lean mass over the last few months.
