I’ve had a mental block with heavy chest movements due to an old, unrepaired pec rupture and subsequent shoulder surgery, but I’ve found a technique that keeps the shoulder stable. Once it's loaded, I'm feeling strong. Protocol Changes: I've made the decision that this will be my final week at 12mg of Retatrutide. I'm dropping back down to 8mg next Monday. I haven't noticed a significant difference in fat loss or hunger suppression at the higher dose, and from a reconstitution standpoint, 8mg is much simpler to manage without "double drawing" needles.
