Today is daily Vlog day 80 of my Retatrutide weight loss journey, and it's a Tuesday back and biceps day. Sleep wasn't quite as deep as I’d like, but I still headed down to Planet Fitness to put in the work. I brought along my DMoose metal lifting hooks to take grip strength out of the equation so I could really focus on mind-muscle connection and engaging my back. Even though my energy felt a bit off and I wasn't at 100%, I still went heavy and got a solid workout in. I’m reintroducing 2mg of GHK-Cu to my nightly protocol for shoulder support, alongside my usual BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV. I also dive into some odd GI issues I've noticed—ironically, I'm experiencing slower gastric emptying and borderline constipation on this lower 4mg dose of Reta compared to higher doses, so I might have to break out the Magnesium Citrate (the nuclear option) to clear things out. With my 42nd birthday coming up in a couple of days and the reality of prepping my daughter for college setting in, my mind has been wandering a lot. The gym continues to be my ultimate decompression zone to let those thoughts flow out. Diet-wise, I'm skipping the fast today and keeping it simple with a couple of cans of tuna and some mini cucumbers with soy sauce.
