It’s Monday, and despite the early 4 AM start, the winter weather had other ideas. Today’s log focuses on navigating unexpected closures, a recap of my current research stack, and a huge thank you to the community as the channel continues to grow. Weather & Logistics: Woke up to find most of the area shut down. While the neighborhood roads are mostly clear of ice with just a light dusting of snow, the main avenues were closed yesterday. My office is closed and the kids are out of school, but I still made the attempt to hit the gym. Unfortunately, Planet Fitness stayed closed to keep their staff safe, so it’s back to the house for an "alternate" session. Protocol Update: * Retatrutide: 12mg weekly (Pinned this morning). * HGH: 5IU nightly. * Testosterone: 150mg Test Cypionate weekly (75mg pinned IM in the right quad this morning). * GHK-Cu: 2mg daily. The Pivot Workout: Since the commercial gym is a no-go, I’m digging out the gear in the garage.
