Today was about "vanity" movements—cherry-picking the exercises that feel good and provide a solid pump. It’s not always about hitting a specific powerlifting goal; sometimes it’s about the mental relief and staying active to keep the momentum going. TRT & PROTOCOL EVOLUTION: I’m currently running 150mg of Test Cyp through Alpha MD. It’s been a game-changer for avoiding the "crash" while in such a steep caloric deficit. I’m also detailing my move toward a maintenance phase. I don’t want to test my willpower against a rapid change, so I’m slowly titrating my Retatrutide dose down from 12mg to 8mg, eventually aiming for a 2-4mg "sweet spot" to keep the metabolic benefits and cravings in check.
