It’s Tuesday, and we are diving deep into the physiological side effects of the current stack, from sleep disturbances to the "vascular" wins in the mirror. Training & Recovery: Today was Back and Biceps—my favorite day. Despite my sleep tracker claiming I only got 1 hour and 46 minutes of REM/Deep sleep (less than 6 hours total), I felt rested enough to pull heavy. I’m finally starting to see significant bicep vascularity and shoulder capping that I haven't seen since my early 20s.
