The Mental & Physical Game: I was up exceptionally early today at 3:18 AM to get a daughter to the airport before my usual gym window. Despite only getting 5 hours and 30 minutes of sleep, I felt ready to go. I used this morning to test the "24/7" claims of the local Planet Fitness; it was a success, and I managed to get a solid bicep session in before the morning rush. Protocol Changes & Lab Testing: The current stack remains steady at 12mg Retatrutide, 5IU HGH, and 2mg GHK-Cu. I’m currently awaiting results from a 30mg sample I sent to Freedom Diagnostics yesterday for purity testing.
