Day 31: Back & Biceps, Glucose Levels & Lab Delays Today is Day 31 of daily vlogging my retatrutide weight loss journey. It’s Tuesday, which means Back and Biceps. I woke up with a bit of a stiff neck and shoulder, but I brought straps to the gym today to really focus on isolating the back muscles without relying on grip strength. Sleep & Health Stats: Sleep wasn't great last night, clocking in at a little under 6 hours. The split was decent (approx 1hr 15m REM / 1hr 5m Deep), but I woke up feeling a bit kinky in the neck. * Fasted Glucose: 89 mg/dL. This is higher than my usual low-80s, likely due to the 5iu HGH protocol I’m running. Protocol Update: * Morning: No pins this morning. * Evening Plan: 5iu HGH and 2mg GHK-Cu. Workout Performance (Back & Biceps): * The Gear: Used lifting straps today for bent-over rows and pulls. It was a game-changer; my shoulder and neck actually loosened up during the movement because I wasn't straining my traps/neck to hold the weight. * Strength: Strength is up significantly. I’ve added about 10lbs to all working sets over the last two weeks. * The Pump: Biceps are responding well. I focused on width with hammer and cross-body curls. I finished with my standard Planet Fitness drop set: straight-bar dumbbell curls running the rack from 60lbs down to 20lbs (10 reps each) for 3 sets. My arms measure just over 18" cold, so the pump was solid today. Lab Testing Update: I still have no update from Finnrick regarding the sample they received on Dec 24th. The silence is frustrating. I am currently looking for a US-based lab that is responsive to emails and reasonably priced to test a new batch of 30mg kits and HGH I have incoming.
