Yesterday we broke the seal on the new meal plan with back and biceps, and those reintroduced carbs are definitely doing their job. The energy is up, the pumps are back, and we are officially dialed into this new long bulk phase. This morning we are back live in the garage gym smashing shoulders for day two. It is time to put those extra calories to work and start building some serious size. We are pushing heavy weight and continuing to figure out what this recomp looks like in real time.
