Shadow of the Pfeifferhorn | Trail Run to Maybird Lakes

Join me on a trail run to the stunning Mayfield Lakes, tucked high in the Wasatch Mountains beneath the towering shadow of the Pfeifferhorn. This alpine adventure brought a mix of solitude, beauty, and rugged challenge—with sweeping views, cool mountain air, and glacial water as my reward. On this day, I also heard the thunder of a rock slide echoing through the mountains. Tragically, someone lost their life in the surrounding area. My heart and prayers go out to their family and loved ones. Please know that none of the events related to that tragedy are shown in this video.
