In this video I’m getting super real about my rescue birds, and honestly… these are some of my worst parrot rescue cases. I talk through the horrible backstory behind my African Grey and my Blue and Gold Macaw before they ever came into my care. This isn’t a “look at my cool pets” video—this is me explaining what these birds went through, why it matters, and what it actually looks like when an animal comes from a bad situation and has to relearn safety and stability. Even though most of you know me for rare reptile breeding, this is still the same core mission I push on my channel: better husbandry, better standards, and more captive-bred availability for species that need it. Whether it’s geckos, parrots, or anything in between, I’m always going to advocate for responsible ownership and calling out the stuff that leads to animals ending up as “rescue cases” in the first place.
