If you’re going with a dedicated rechargeable battery setup instead of tool batteries, a 4Ah pack is a solid option for a portable boombox. On my other build, the battery should last you all day anyway, so capacity matters. Just make sure your setup has the right protection so you don’t over-discharge it.
