Transmission torque converter and rear differential should all be replaced at the first 15,000 miles after that every 30,000 miles it should be done again if you’re doing mostly freeway driving you might be able to push it to 40,000 miles. The 9 speed transmissions have had less problems. The 6 speed transmissions need a lot more maintenance and you should religiously be changing the fluid every 30,000 miles. I do feel like the Honda Ridgelines need more overall fluid changes but it does keep it running in tiptop condition Only buy parts from the dealership avoid buying parts off eBay due to counterfeit. Sometimes dealerships will give you a discount. You just have to ask them for a friendly discount. The parts I would only buy from the dealership would include spark plugs, and belts.
