Add Freon and check your relay. The problem was in the relay. After I fixed that it would click on and then you can add Freon if needed. If it still doesn’t spin and you hear the click then it could be the clutch Either way you have to troubleshoot and determine which ones the problem. It could be one or combination of all three.
