The Beelink SEi13 Pro is a little beast of a machine and it handled everything I threw at it when I tested it. For this stream, I’m swapping the internal storage so I can keep the original OS drive intact and dedicate fresh NVMe storage to Ubuntu Server. One downside: on this unit the RAM is soldered, and I’m never a fan of that.
