JUNGLEBIRD: Did I Create an Amazing Drink? (Essential Cocktails 44/50)

The Junglebird is one of my absolute favourite cocktails, bringing together tropical flavours, a Sour-like creamy texture and aperitif-style bitterness. In this video I share two versions of the drink, the original recipe and a drink that I think I created! The White Junglebird takes the principles of the White Negroni, applies this to the Junglebird and adds in a hint of coconut to tie in with the tropical notes. Have you ever seen this before?
