The Hurricane is such a confusing drink, with so many different recipes, all of which have different ingredients, different measures and are often massively unbalanced. This recipe strips it all back, and a huge amount of testing and development led me to this equal parts recipe which I think celebrates everything great about a good Hurricane, whilst also being perfectly balanced and so easy to remember! It brings in fresh passionfruit and grenadine in place of Fassionola syrup, is so simple and so delicious!
