For sleep, I tried the Baby Bub-style pillow early on, but it didn’t work for me in the first trimester and first half of the second trimester because my bump wasn’t big enough yet. In the third trimester though, I literally can’t sleep without both my support pillows—so timing really mattered for me.

- -May not feel useful early on if you’re not showing much yet
