Put simply, it's by far the most memorable cruise I've ever taken... and not just because you don't forget the feeling of a ship shuddering when it hits a block of ice. For this trip I departed Seattle on a seven-day cruise up to Alaska. I left in May, sailing aboard Royal Caribbean's Quantum of the Seas, headed to up to four different ports -- Sitka, Skagway, Juneau, and then Victoria, BC.
