This video is me geeking out over the brand-new DJI Osmo Nano that literally dropped today. It’s a tiny little camera that detaches from the screen, and that’s what makes it so fun—I can set the camera anywhere for crazy angles, then use the screen like an external monitor to preview and hit record. The magnets on the bottom are honestly clutch too, because I can just stick it to random metal spots and start rolling without overthinking it. I also show off the whole “creator” side of this camera: hat mount POV, head mount for BTS, a lanyard chest POV that you can even hide under your shirt, plus a suction cup mount for cars/windows. On the image side, it’s packed—4K 120fps, 10-bit D-Log M, and 13.5 stops of dynamic range, which is wild for something this small. I’m all-in on the DJI ecosystem right now, and pairing it with DJI mics makes it even better for quick, clean audio. My only real nitpick is the ND filters screw on/off (I’d rather a pop-on), but overall this is lowkey better than an action cam for creators who want lightweight, convenient, and creative.
