Stats is my favorite free menu bar app, and it’s what I use to keep an eye on what my Mac is doing. You can track CPU, memory, storage, and battery, and it’s super helpful for diagnosing slowdowns. It also helped me confirm my wallpaper/widgets weren’t really impacting performance much.
