In a separate bowl, combine the flour and seasoning. In a third bowl, add the bread crumbs. Form a thin layer of hamburger meat around each onion ring. Preheat the oil to 350 degrees. Dip the rings into the wet mixture then dredge through the flour mixture. Dip back into the wet mixture and finish in the Panko crumbs to thoroughly coat. Fry 3 -4 minutes or until golden brown.
