Today we’re in Sarasota, Florida cooking with Robert Kiltz, better known as Dr. Kiltz, and this cooking day did not go as planned. I brought ingredients from my cookbook Carnivore in the Kitchen to make bacon cheeseburger soup, but when we arrived… the gas was shut off. So we improvised. Between dry-aged ribeye experiments, a wild “carnivore martini,” and moving the entire cook outside to the grill, this turned into one of the most unexpected cooking days yet.
