Tortilla Kebab That's Driving Everyone Crazy!

You have to try these viral Tortilla Kebabs! CJ is showing you his breakfast take on these awesome tortilla kebabs! Would you try these? Get my West Coast Shake here: https://unclestevesshake.com/ols/products/cjs-west-coast-shake What you'll need: -1 lb sausage. -5 large flour tortillas. -1 cup chopped bell peppers. -1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. -1/2 tbsp of my West Coast Shake or all purpose seasoning. -3 oz butter. -Diced parsley. How to make'em: Combine the sausage, peppers, cheese and seasoning. Cut tortillas into squares. Cover 4 of the tortillas evenly with portions of the sausage mix. Stack the tortillas on top of each other. Cut those into 3rds, then push those 3rds together on their sides. Push 3 skewers into the tortillas. Then cut those into 3rds. Heat the grill on high. Cook each skewer 2 minutes on each side, flipping to cook each side. Cook until the middle hits 165F. Brush the skewers with the melted butter and parsley mix. Remove and enjoy!
