This is the Amazon listing for the Questyle SIGMA, the portable amp/DAC I’m reviewing in the video. If you want a pocketable, smartphone-like brick that’s genuinely powerful and has excellent Bluetooth range, this is exactly the kind of unit I’m talking about. Just be aware: I’m still waiting on Questyle to fix the missing Bluetooth playback controls via software.

Pros

+Very powerful for a portable (peak 5W) and drives planars well
+Neutral, resolving, black-background “studio reference” tuning
+Lossless Bluetooth 5.4 with excellent range in my testing
+Dual USB-C design (separate power and data) and 4.4 balanced/line-out

Cons

-No fast-forward/rewind playback controls over Bluetooth (big complaint)
-Power button behavior feels inconsistent and boot-up can take a moment
-Can get toasty when driven hard
