A Tomahawk steak can be an amazing experience when done right, and all honesty a bucklist item for me! Seeing a Tomahawk Ribeye Steak in my local grocery store mid summer made it feel like Christmas morning! I couldn't wait to get home and get this cook going. This steak has been on my wish list for quite some time now and Maaaaaaan it did not disappoint! I wanted it my tomahawk to come out perfect so I Sous Vide it first before laying it on the coals. Overall awesome experience and the flavor of the coals were not overwhelming.
