Costco Prime Brisket vs Walmart Select Brisket - We were NOT Dissapointed!!

Costco Prime Brisket vs Walmart Select Brisket has been on my wish list to compare for a looooooong time! I'm so glad that we were finally able to get my hands on a Costco Prime Brisket from a really good neighbor. I shot down to Walmart and got my hands on the last select brisket in the store! I know there should be a big difference between select and prime brisket. However, they are such a big cut with a slow cooking process. Does grade of beef really affect these big cuts. I've imaged so but wanted to put Walmart up against all the hype I've seen on Instagram with these Costco Briskets.
