Had to try it, but have to admit my heart wasn’t in trying to Sous Vide chicken wings. I’ve done, deep fried, air fryer, oven, and now Traeger Smoker for wings in the past 3 months. They’re good that way and it only takes 10-35 minutes. Just a lot of extra steps for Sous Vide and feel like I’m wasting vacuum bags! Not even going to post how I Sous Vide Cooke’s it, because there has to better methods out there if you want to try. Traeger was set at 375 for 35 minutes of cook. I used Tiger Sauce which I just came across at my local Safeway/Harris Teeter. It’s a nice change up from regular buffalo wings. They are always gone before the buffalo wings are in our house.
