Can we replicate a FAVORITE Restaurant Steak? We just pulled it off! Watch how we made the recipe, that the Internet has wrong... Recipe: 4 beef tenderloin, filet 2 1⁄2 cups strong espresso or 2 1⁄2 cups darkest roast non-flavored coffee (I used French Roast) 1⁄4 cup olive oil 1⁄4 cup molasses (Regular Strength) 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 1⁄2 tablespoons kosher salt (or Sea Salt) 1 teaspoon cumin Bring this to a boil as you mix all ingredients together. Then let cool in the fridge so you can add the Filet, I did not want to add ice because my gut told me a restaurant would not do this. Then again, what do I know!
