GoPro Hero 13

I tested the GoPro Hero 13 Black while vlogging in Chicago, and overall I was really impressed—especially in daylight. The log footage was surprisingly flexible in post, stabilization looked great handheld, and it’s the kind of camera I’ll actually bring for beach days or skiing because it’s so small and easy to carry.

Pros

+Log footage is flexible for color grading
+Strong stabilization even without a gimbal
+Compact and easy to travel with (fits in a coat pocket)
+Smooth-looking 60fps and solid slow motion

Cons

-Low light performance is limited due to small sensor
-Wide angle can look “too GoPro” if you don’t use Linear mode
