Instant Organic Caves is a lightweight procedural runtime cave/structure generator that’s super fun to tweak—grid size, voxel size, noise threshold/frequency, smoothing, the whole thing. I even set smoothing to zero and got a straight-up Minecraft look, and the docs call out pure C++ performance and infinite generation options. Just note: it’s not free anymore.
