AI-Powered Traffic Analysis System | Real-Time Object Detection Demo

In this video, I’m showing an AI-powered traffic analysis project that I recently completed for one of my clients. This project is based on real-time object detection and tracking. For this demo, I’m using a recorded video as input, but the same system can easily work with a live camera feed or an RTSP stream. By just changing the input source, this application can be converted into a true real-time traffic monitoring system. The dashboard allows you to: Upload traffic videos Manually define road areas Detect and track vehicles using an AI model Count vehicles direction-wise Generate CSV files and aggregated Excel reports automatically In this video, I first explain the overall working of the project and then demonstrate how to use the dashboard step by step. इस वीडियो में मैं अपना AI-powered Traffic Analysis System दिखा रही हूं जो मैंने recently एक client के लिए बनाया था। यह पूरा प्रोजेक्ट real-time object detection + tracking पर based है। Demo में मैंने recorded video input लिया है, लेकिन same pipeline live camera feed या RTSP stream पर भी चलती है—बस input source change करना होता है। मैं theory में ज़्यादा नहीं जाती; पूरा flow practically dashboard पर दिखाती हूं: video upload, model size select (640 vs 1280), classes choose/skip (truck, car, pedestrian, motorbike, taxi, bike), confidence threshold set करना और optional “skip every second frame” से processing speed बढ़ाना। इसके बाद main part आता है: road areas को manually polygon बना कर mark करना (north, south, east, west जैसे direction areas), ताकि vehicles को direction-wise count किया जा सके और एक vehicle बार-बार count ना हो। साथ में मैं OCR से video frame का timestamp भी extract करती हूं, ताकि final reporting time-based हो। Output में आपको processed output video, detailed CSV (frame-wise counts + timestamps), और एक aggregated Excel report मिलती है जिसमें 15-15 minutes के slots में north/south/east/west tabs के अंदर direction-wise vehicle counts clear तरीके से दिखते हैं। अगर आप चाहो तो मैं इसका step-by-step tutorial भी बना दूंगी—बस comments में बताना।
