Final day of the Bentonville Trip and we're hitting the Railyard Bike Park...Figuratively and Literally. Best way to describe this place is a bike playground suitable for all ages. It had rained a couple days prior so the beginner line along with the expert line were closed leaving us to ride the novice and intermediate lines. After sessioning each line for about an hour I felt confident enough to hit a wall ride. Got some good advice from Mike and Andrew on it, and then completely ignored everything they said. Look at you…you poor naïve fool. I came in a little too slow, tried to go too high, and realized rather quickly that this would end badly. The moment my tire hit the wood I knew I had completely screwed this up….oh well brace for impact. This incident could have been a lot worse, and luckily I didn’t break my foot…just a bad sprain. Unfortunately this ended my vacation to Bentonville. It was too swollen and painful to ride the Lake Atalanta trails, but you can check out the other guys’ channels if you want to see that. Despite my idiotic fall this was such an incredible trip. I’m glad I got to go with such a cool group and experience a truly magical biking destination. Andrew and Mike, thank you for being great hosts and trail guides, Matt and Chris thanks for joining this trip. I look forward to returning here and hopefully defeating this wall ride. We’ll be back in Texas next week, but thanks for watching this Bentonville adventure. I’ll be limping around for a while, but until next week…stay rowdy within reason.
