Passenger Perspective | Electric Park & Ride

In issue 1518, we look at electric park & ride services in two of the North’s major cities: Leeds and York. In Leeds, we take a trip on route PR3 to the new Stourton park & ride site to the south-east of the city, operated by a fleet of BYD ADL Enviro400EV battery-electric double-deckers. We then head along the A64 to York, where we join an Optare Metrodecker EV for a journey on route 3 from Askham Bar Park & ride site into the famous historic walled city.
