We Got New Cookware! Costco Haul & Meal Prep Sunday

Sunday Funday! We kicked off the morning with fresh coffee, new creamer, and some editing before heading out to a spring craft fair and farmers market. Then it was straight to Costco where we scored a brand new 11-piece ceramic cookware set (huge upgrade!) and a food scale before hitting a second store to round out the groceries. The afternoon was all about Meal Prep Sunday: Caribbean jerk chicken, NY strip steak, mango salsa, AND we tried Costco's chimichurri for the first time. Spoiler: it's incredible.
