My Brother's Last Day & Big Changes Are Coming

Saturday started with a sunrise and a bittersweet trip to the warehouse: today was Travis's last day at the company before he starts a new job Monday. We celebrated with brisket breakfast tacos from Rudy's and knocked out the big shop at Restaurant Depot. Stayed way longer than planned trying to sort out our QuickBooks reporting situation (two hours I'm never getting back), but got Travis properly sent off. Made it home to a full meal prep operation: Tiff had an Asian-marinated chicken going while I grilled New York strips and a pork tenderloin. Dinner was steak with chimichurri AND Tiff's meatloaf. We're locked and loaded for the week.
