I Deleted 11 Minutes of This Vlog (Here's Why)

It's shaping up to be a stressful week: taxes are due Monday, I've got a backlog of emails and texts, and we need to hire a new driver. But hey, one thing at a time. Costco was eerily empty today, like something-is-wrong empty. Two cars in the parking lot. Took the Isuzu just to take up two spots. Meanwhile I left my camera bag at home, so I'm out here with just a camera and two ND filters. We made it work. Afternoon ritual unlocked: matcha MUD\WTR with chai vanilla latte creamer. Don't knock it. Peak week at the gym hit different: chest and triceps, heavy, struggled through some reps. Felt it in the shoulders. Came home and made shrimp tacos again. I loved them so much last week I had to do it again. Sierra approved. Also, we need to talk about blueberries and why they don't taste like blueberries. Finished editing tonight and decided to cut 11 minutes of footage. That deleted segment sent me down a rabbit hole about daily vlogging, "anchors," and why I keep doing this even when it feels like I'm ice skating uphill. Real day. Real talk.
