Thursday started simple enough: Restaurant Depot, Costco, pick up the special order Manzano chilies with dad's truck, and be done by 9. That did not happen. Missed items sent me back to Depot, our part-timer's been out all week with an injury, and we're in the middle of trying to restructure the whole business now that Travis is leaving. On top of that, we've got driver interviews happening; but there's a wrinkle with the insurance company that could change everything. And the warehouse we had our eye on? That deal just fell apart. Somehow the day still ended with Tiffany's famous Mexican coleslaw, fish taco tacos that turned into bowls, and Sierra heading out for sushi.
