Cinco de Mayo Tacos, New Workout Plan & The Bear Has Us Confused

Cinco de Mayo fell on Taco Tuesday this year and there was only one right move: tacos from my favorite spot, my first-ever customer. Al pastor with pineapple, chicharrón, and suadero. The green sauce alone is worth the visit. Also stopped by their new Surprise location to check in and validate a little rumor I'd heard; glad I went. At the office it was a lighter Tuesday, which meant I actually had time to get a few things done: built out a visual hours chart for my dad and had Claude help me build a spreadsheet formula for tracking labor hours in real time. Huge help. A @chrismeetschris vlog this morning had me thinking about why I make these videos in the first place. Worth watching if you're a creator. Hit the gym after tacos (yolo), changed up my workout plan after listening to a couple podcasts, and capped the night watching The Bear with Sierra.
