It usually involves a short period of tidying up, handling a few quick household tasks, and taking care of yourself so the rest of the day feels calmer and more productive. Many people use this time to reboot laundry, clear clutter, plan meals, or even just stretch and move after sitting at a desk. The idea is that by spending just 10–20 minutes on small, manageable tasks, you can prevent mess from piling up and make your evenings feel less stressful. I use the flylady system to manage my home and to keep my sanity, and I'll be sharing the little cleaning hacks and house cleaning tips I've learned along the way to motivate me to speed clean my house, and enable me to have fun while doing the cleaning.
