28 Refy Brow Tint

I fell back in love with this brow tint because it gives me a proper tint without looking too opaque or heavy. The gel is a bit gloopy, but it’s easy to run through the brows and it dries down nicely. I use Medium Brown because the effect is subtle, so I can go a touch deeper without it screaming.

-Formula is quite gloopy on the applicator
-Can get messy if you’re not careful (I do it before base for that reason)
