This is my favourite blush of the year: Rare Beauty’s matte bouncy blush in Happy. It’s very pigmented, but it’s also genuinely buildable, so you can keep it soft or make it more punchy. The finish has that smooth, blurry, velvety look that doesn’t go patchy.
