I just got back from China and I did quite a bit of shopping—nothing too crazy, but definitely enough fun stuff to show you. In this haul (pt1), I’m starting with the trinkets because they’re honestly the cutest. I kept everything inside this Hello Kitty makeup bag I ordered from Taobao, and I’m obsessed with how spacious it is. It has three huge compartments, a separate spot for brushes, and you can even slide it onto your luggage, which is so convenient if you’re traveling a lot. For little keepsakes, I picked up these tiny fairy blind-bag trinkets (the pink one is my favorite), plus a photo album keychain from a photobooth outing with my baby nieces—so now I can keep all our pictures together. I also grabbed a bunny comb (simple but adorable), and finally an international plug adapter in pink because I’ve needed one for the longest time and I’m traveling more these days. Then I move into a small C-beauty restock: my favorite lashes (plus a brown pair to try for a more natural look), a duo-tip liquid eyebrow pencil that can double as eyeliner, a cool-toned cream contour pencil for nose contour, and the cutest strawberry-milkshake blush with a little bow on it.
