Super Easy Steamed Egg Two Ways

This video shows you how to make smooth and creamy Chinese Steamed Egg. What I like about this recipe is that you can easily change it up so that it can be either an appetizer or a dessert. Truth be told, either one makes a great snack. You can eat them hot right out of the steamer, at room temperature, or refrigerated.
