Fresh maple seltzer water!

It's time to tap the maple trees here in Maine. You may have heard how we tap the trees for sap to boil down for maple syrup. But did you know the cold fresh sap tastes great right out of the tree? Even better, using a Sodastream machine it's possible to make fresh maple flavored seltzer water. I wasn't sure it would work but my friends at Now You're Cooking let me experiment. And it was awesome! But, there's a disclaimer. Sodastream recommends that you use only plain water with their machine. So try this at your own risk. Thanks for watching, subbing, and sharing!
