I was honestly impressed with a few things on this grill while filming. The infrared “Broil Zone” gets extremely hot and puts a serious crust on meat fast; it behaves much closer to a restaurant salamander than a typical backyard gas grill. That made a big difference for these stacked steak skewers because I could sear without overcooking the inside. The 4 main burners let me set up real heat zones (high sear, medium cook, and a cooler holding area), and the 5th side burner is great for sauces or sides without running back into the kitchen. I also really liked the adjustable hook rail system. Being able to move the hooks wherever I want and keep my tools exactly where I reach naturally is a small thing, but it actually makes cooking smoother.
