All you need are a few simple ingredients like fresh lentils, onions, celery, carrots and garlic. I also love to add Kambocha Squash, thyme, and culantro. Just know that you can make this lentil soup as a vegetarian soup or you can even add meat. I personally love enjoying this soup with tons of garlic, cassava, and even parmesan cheese at the end.
