The Procolored F13 is the popular “affordable entry” route, and I get why people start here—on paper it looks like you’re ready to print and profit. In real use, the manual workflow (trim, powder, cure) and the clunkier Windows-only RIP experience are what slow you down and eat your time when orders stack.
Pros
+Lower upfront cost compared to integrated systems
+Can produce vivid-looking prints (tends to boost saturation)
+Good fit for hobbyists or very low-volume shops
Cons
-Manual workflow: cutting, powdering, and curing each sheet takes time
-Higher babysitting/maintenance burden and higher clog risk if not used regularly
-Software experience is confusing, cluttered, Windows-only, and requires a dongle
-Standalone powdering/oven setup can put more powder and fumes into your room
